• Free daily breakfast at @17th Restuarant for up to 4 guests in a 2-Bedroom Villa, 6 guests in a 3-Bedroom Pool Villa and 8 guests in a 4-Bedroom Pool Villa. Free night is on room only basis.
• Free accommodation for up to 2 children age 12 years and below, sharing a villa with parents, using existing bedding.
• Non-alcoholic welcome drinks upon arrival at the hotel.

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are in Thai Baht on a per villa per night basis.
• Maximum 3 free nights per booking per stay.
• Maximum villa occupancy is:
  • 2-Bedroom Villa: 4 adults.
  • 3-Bedroom Pool Villa: 6 adults.
  • 4-Bedroom Pool Villa: 8 adults.
• Subject to applicable service charge & prevailing government taxes (currently at 18.7% combined)
• Full prepayment is required to confirm the reservation and is nonrefundable. IMPORTANT: Full details of charges are described in the Laguna Phuket Holiday Residences Terms and Conditions received at time of booking.
• Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.

Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellations reported to the hotel 14 days prior to arrival date are subject to a one (1) night cancellation charge at the above rates at villa category reserved.
• Cancellations reported to the hotel 7 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 100% cancellation charge which is equivalent to the full period of reserved stay.
• Shortening of Stay (early departure) and No Shows are subject to a 100% cancellation charge which is equivalent to the full period of reserved stay.
