• 3-bedroom Pool Villa is 6 adults
• 4-bedroom Pool Villa is 8 adults

2 children below 12 years old are allowed to accommodate a villa with parents and utilizing existing bedding

Above rate is subject to applicable service charge & prevailing government a tax (currently 18.7% combined).

Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are valid for Thai residents and expatriates holding Thai residency or work permit only.
• All rates are in Thai Baht on per villa per night basis, inclusive of prevailing service charge & applicable government taxes (currently 18.7% combined). Should the government tax be amended, the Hotel reserves right to adjust the rates quoted.
• 10% commissionable to a bona fide travel agency on rate prior to service charge & government taxes.
• Reservation is subject to space availability.

Cancellation Policies:

• 20 Jun – 31 Oct 2008; Notice of cancellation is required in writing 7 days to arrival date. Cancellations received within 7 days will be automatically charged one night.
• 01 – 30 Nov 2008; Notice of cancellation is required in writing 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received within 14 days will be automatically charged two nights.
